Donations from Irish tax payers of €250 or more

If you are an Irish tax payer and wish to donate €250 or more, the fund can reclaim the tax on the donation. In order for us to achieve this, please follow these instructions:

1. Submit your donation in a letter to the Cork University Foundation, indicating that you are donating to the Dr. Elmer Morrissey Scholarship Fund, at UCC. The address for the foundation is The Secretary, Cork University Foundation, c/o No. 5 Brighton Villas, Western Road, Cork.
   
2. Enclose a completed Form CHY4, available from this page on the Revenue website. Please enter Cork University Foundation in Part B of the form. The CUF will issue you with a receipt for the donation.
   
3. Please email us at [email protected] to inform us of your donation.
